How to Create and Activate Your Account

Welcome! Getting started is quick and easy. Here’s how to create your account and start enjoying your benefits. 

Step 1: Check Your Email for an Activation Code

You will receive an email from your provider containing:

• Your unique, one time use, activation code

• Download links for the Web App, Android App, and iOS App

• Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder, just in case!

Step 2: Click the Link to Access the Platform

Open the link from your email to access the web platform or download the mobile app. You’ll be guided to the Sign Up screen.

Step 3: Enter Your Activation Code

On the Activate Account screen, enter:

• Your given name and family name

• Your email address

• (Optional) Your phone number

• Your activation code (found in your email)

Then click Activate to continue.

Step 4: Create Your Account

Once your code is accepted, you’ll be prompted to create your login.

You can sign up using:

• Email & password

• Apple login (iOS)

• Google login

Choose the method that works best for you and follow the prompts.

Step 5: Save Your Login Details

We recommend saving your login details securely for future access.

You can now log in anytime from desktop, tablet, or mobile, as your created login details work seamlessly across all devices.
