Your account settings give you control over your personal information, communication preferences, and privacy. Whether you're using the platform via desktop or the mobile app, updating your details is simple and secure.
On the Mobile App
To access account settings in the mobile app:
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen to access your profile information and settings.
In the Profile section, you can:
View your current information
Get an overview of your total savings
In the Settings section, you can:
Edit your account information: Update your name and email address.
Adjust notification preferences:
- Toggle on/off Push Notifications and Email Notifications for updates on perks, offers, and account activity.
- Review version info: Check which version of the app you're currently using.
- Delete your account

Once your changes are made, tap Save Changes to confirm.
On the Web Portal
To access your account settings on the web:
Sign in to the platform via your desktop browser.
Click on your profile icon in the top navigation bar, then select Account Settings.
Once you're in, you can:
Update your personal details: Edit your first name and last name as needed.
Manage communication preferences:
Opt in or out of email communications, push notifications, and cookie tracking.
Request account closure:
Under the Right to Erasure section, you can request to delete your account and personal data in line with GDPR guidelines.
Select Request Account Closure to begin this process. Your request will be actioned within one month.
Don't forget to click Update to save any changes you make.
