Resetting / Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password or simply wish to update it, you can reset it quickly and securely using the steps below.


If you’re unable to log in:

  1. Navigate to the login screen on the Web App or Mobile App.

  2. Select the "Forgot Password?" option.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. You will receive a password reset email - please check your inbox and spam folder.

  5. Follow the link provided in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.
